When do I get charged?
You're charged only after the helper successfully completes the job. If they don't arrive or can't help, you're not charged.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel a subscription anytime?
Yes! Cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll retain benefits until the end of your billing period.
What if the helper can't find the pest?
